The world we live in is full of complexity, challenge and speed. In this environment, it can be difficult for leaders to make good decisions. Choosing where to place one's focus is crucial. Doing all of this while multiple stakeholders are vying for your attention, potentially pulling you into different directions can be distracting and disorienting. 

Leaders often come to coaching because they want to address a particular issue or situation - from difficult relationships, to influencing challenges, stakeholder management, feedback they have received, or a change in role. Underlying these pragmatic issues often lie deeper patterns in the client’s thinking, feeling or behaviour. Behaviours which might have been successful up to a point and then presented a challenge themselves. 

Sessions are held in face-to-face meetings, virtual calls or a mix of both.
