EXECUTIVE COACHING

As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Executive Coaching helps you evolve your leadership.

Picture this: you are crystal clear about who you are and what you stand for. You have a clear purpose for your work and your life. You use your values and principles to serve as your navigational system. This clarity releases your energy, enabling you to focus on what matters most. Things that were difficult are now manageable. You no longer react but instead you respond in a way appropriate for the situation and person. You don’t seek to win at all costs but instead look for the win:win wherever possible, knowing your success and the success of the company comes down to your relationships with your stakeholders. You are open to giving and receiving positive and developmental feedback, creating an agile environment that allows everyone to thrive. People trust you. You have created followership.

How it works

The first step to evolved leadership is ‘know thyself’. We focus on you getting a better understanding of yourself. Identifying what you value, what motivates you, your strengths and weaknesses, your fears and aspirations, what you know about yourself, how other people see you (unique, tailored 360 process) , what you want to achieve…providing you with a comprehensive picture of who you are and where you are at.

Harnessing the information from the self-awareness phase, we then place it in the context of your role, team, life and organisation and design a tailored roadmap for your coaching, clarifying your goals and objectives.

The coaching focusses on helping you be who you want to be to achieve your goals and objectives.

Executive Coaching can take the shape of face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings or a mixture of both.

Who it is for

Executive Coaching is for leaders; accomplished, intelligent and ambitious. It’s for leaders who seek to be the best they can be. Those who want to tap into their own very unique formula of leadership, seeking to be fulfilled at work and at home. It’s ideal for leaders who want to be truly authentic and powerful.

Leaders often come to coaching because they are seeking to address particular challenges or situations: difficult relationships, influencing challenges, stakeholder management, feedback they received or a change in role.
